What's the return policy like if I get a scooter and decide I don't like it? Is it a hassle to send back?

Returns were easy for me, had to send back an accessory once. Just make sure you keep the original packaging, that usually makes it smoother.

I think you have a certain number of days to return it, like 14 or 30, but it has to be in good condition. You might have to pay for return shipping though, so check their exact policy on that. It's not usually a big deal if you follow their instructions.

Anyone know if Levy ships to Hawaii? I'm trying to order one but I'm worried about shipping costs or if they even deliver there.

I'm pretty sure they do, but it might cost extra or take a bit longer. Check their shipping policy on the site, that's usually where they list those exceptions.

They totally ship to Hawaii and Alaska, I ordered a battery pack last year. It just took an extra couple of days to arrive compared to mainland shipments.

Hey, I saw some deal about a referral discount. How much is it usually for? And can I combine it with a student discount?

Referral codes are usually $25 or $50 off, nothing huge but better than nothing. I don't think you can stack discounts though, like a referral with a student one. Most places don't let you do that.

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at checkout. So you gotta pick which discount is better. The student one might be a flat percentage off, so sometimes that's more than the referral.

Thinking of getting a Levy scooter, but wondering about the battery. How long does it actually last on a charge for someone using it daily for commutes?

The Plus model has a pretty decent range, I get about 15-18 miles on mine depending on how hilly my route is. Charging takes a few hours, like 3-4 from empty.

Yeah, if you get the swappable battery it's a game changer. You can just pop in a new one if you're running low and charge the other at home or work. Never have to worry about range anxiety.
